We were honored to participate in the “Think Business, Think Hong Kong”, a flagship promotion event organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (TDC) in Milan, Italy on 27 November 2025. The event showcased Hong Kong’s role as a global hub for business and innovation, bringing together business leaders from Hong Kong and Italy to provide new opportunities for enterprises seeking to expand into Asia. Our CEO, Mr. Tommy Yuen S.B.S. and COO, Mr. Andrew Cheng, joined industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to explore the future of digital trade and Hong Kong’s role as a super connector for global businesses.

At our booth, we showcased Tradelink’s latest digital trade solutions, including our Next-Generation E-Trade Services Platform, T+, an AI-powered platform which empowers SMEs and multinational enterprises to exchange secure cross-border data, streamline compliance, and unlock trade finance opportunities. In addition, Andrew also shared at the panel discussion hosted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), sharing insights on how trusted digital infrastructure, AI applications, and platforms such as the HKMA’s Commercial Data Interchange (CDI) are revolutionizing trade finance processes by enhancing efficiency and transparency, helping enterprises gain easier access to financing and opening new pathways for Hong Kong–Italy trade collaboration.

This event was a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties with Italian businesses — from fashion and luxury brands to logistics and food distribution — and to highlight how Hong Kong’s digital backbone enables faster, safer, and more transparent cross border trade. We look forward to strengthening cross-regional collaboration, establishing more resilient digital trade, and creating broader development opportunities for enterprises.
