Digi-Sign will use the information so provided for the Purpose only.     3. User acknowledges and agrees that it will use this webpage and the certificate data at its own risk, and will be solely responsible for any consequence of such use and will not hold Digi-Sign liable for loss and damage.     4. User warrants that it will use the certificate data in strict compliance with the law applicable to User regardless of User’s geographical or jurisdictional location and without infringing any third party’s rights or interests; in breach of which User will fully indemnify Digi-Sign and keep it always indemnified against claims or demands by the third party and at User’s own cost and expense, defend Digi-Sign in court proceedings initiated as a consequence.
